Lunchtime Dash on Cox’s Walk: South London’s Historic Trail #london #running

By admin, May 19, 2025

A swift lunchtime jog along Cox’s Walk in South East London, a recently reopened 18th-century path through Sydenham Hill Wood! After my run, I read up on the history of this oak-lined trail and learned about its iconic footbridge and connection to Camille Pissarro’s painting of Lordship Lane Station. At the end of the video, I highlight a tunnel entrance as a spot to explore—only to find out later it’s part of an old disused railway line! Enjoy this short burst of nature and history. 🏃‍♂️🌳 #CoxsWalk #SouthLondon #RunningVibes
